Location: 210 Street and 132 Avenue, Maple Ridge Description: Jerry Sulina Park is actually an off-leash dog park which is situated along the Trans Canada Trail. The park itself consists of a fenced area enclosing a small pond and marsh area with a short series of trails. The pond and surrounding habitat is apparently home to many animals including turtles, cranes and several species of waterfowl.

This trail begins from the Harris Road Bridge and follows Alouette River to Jerry Sulina Park. The starting point parking lot at the north end has picnic tables available and a kayak launch. It's a very well maintained wide gravel trail with benches and garbage cans along the way, and lovely scenic views of the river, mountains, and surrounding farms. There's almost no shade along the trail.
